All of our Educators have a passion for providing the highest level of  Early Education and care.

Each member of our team hold:

• Current Childcare specific First Aid Certificate

• CPR Certificate (refreshed every 12 months)

• Anaphylaxis, Epilepsy and Asthma Training

• Working with Children Check

• Child Protection Training certificate.

Through monthly Professional Development training we upskill with courses in Challenging behaviour, Working with Neurodiverse children, Health and Hygiene practices, Diverse Teaching Strategies and many more.

We are also proud partners with Nova Employment as an Inclusive Employer in the Penrith Region.

Additionally we have commenced our partnership with the Department of Education in August 2023 to offer Pathway Traineeships to School Students wanting to work in the Early Education Sector.
